Snowflakes

THe other day, I told my husband and children that I feel like Charlie Brown every time I go to the post office. For some reason the Christmas card count is way down this year and it's somewhat sad, but that evening after coming home from work, I walked into the house to find snowflakes and cards strung up in the dining room. My children told my husband they wanted to make me happy and make snowflake cards, and now I believe we have a new way to string cards.

Directions:

Fold a piece of paper into a football (use four folds). Cut off the edges if desired and cut whatever shapes desired on the sides, open to reveal the snowflake. Tape onto a piece of thread and use thumb tacks to hang on the ceiling.
