Trees, wreaths, garland, and lights seem like the must have when it comes to decorating for the holidays season. Even though, fresh cut wreaths are wonderful to use, there are advantages to using artificial wreaths throughout the home, while still decorating with a real one outside. The best part, it does not take much to create a centerpiece or add some Christmas cheer to a room just by adding a wreath wrapped in ribbons or decorated with ornaments.
Wreath Centerpiece
- Red Ribbon
- Gold or Silver Bead Garland
- 3-5 LED Candles (depending on the size of the wreath)
- Red or Green Construction Paper
- 1 Wreath
- 1 pack shatterproof Christmas balls
- Cut the construction paper to fit the hole in the middle of the wreath. Place the paper where the middle of the wreath will be and put candles on it.
- Wrap the ribbon around the wreath, tuck the end under the wires on the backside of the wreath or tie into a bow.
- Place wreath over the candles. Arrange the beads around the candles in the center of the wreath.
- Place the shatterproof Christmas Balls throughout the wreath with the spot for the hooks facing into the wreath. Place remaining balls around the candles.
Kids love Holiday crafts, especially during the Christmas season. This is super easy, inexpensive, and kids will love creating these and hanging them above the fireplace, in a window, or on a wall.
